At where I work, MTV is a popular TV channel.
I remember when MTV had music on it regularly, and said music was actually worth listening to.
Soulja Boy? Who the fuck is this and why is he shitting all over hip-hop?
The more I catch MTV, the more I mourn for music.

I was asked why now, why a new blog, and why not just post in the old ones….
I have no answer, other than this feels better.
I am asking no one to read, though obviously, I like when people do.
This blog is an idea that’s been bubbling for a while. Originally, it was set to host a webcomic and a manga, but the artist flaked out and the site sat dormant.
Recently, I’ve thought about how I’ve lost the ambition to write, to post what went through my head, and to share the music that circles my world.
Consider this a new beginning.
